Our Franklin Park East garden style apartment complex, which is located at Franklin Park East in Vernon, has brick facing and vinyl siding. This project is State funded. This complex is made up of 10 single level buildings, 4 apartments per building. There is a total of 40 units, 20 of which are 1-bedroom, 20 are efficiencies. The apartments use electric heat, which is included in the rent. Each apartment is equipped with stove, refrigerator and an emergency pull cord. They are all cable ready. We have recently put in all new bituminous concrete sidewalks and repaved the parking lot. The dumpster and recycling bins are located on the right side of the circle as you enter the complex from Franklin Street. Our laundry facility is located between the Franklin Park East and Franklin Park West complexes. It is a new facility with five washers and dryers, one of each is handicap accessible. There is a community room and laundry room for our tenant’s convenience. The mail is picked up and delivered to the individual tenants' units. |
