This complex is made up of 7 buildings. Three are single level, containing 24 efficiency units. There are four bi-level buildings, which have 15 1-bedroom units and 15 larger efficiencies. The apartments located in the bi-level buildings all have ground level entrances. There are a total of 54 units. The apartments use electric heat, which is included in the rent. Each apartment is equipped with stove, refrigerator and an emergency pull cord. They are all cable ready. We have recently repaved the parking lot, and renovated the ramps leading into the bi-level units. The dumpster and recycling bins are located on the corner of the upper parking lot. This complex has two laundry facilities. One is located on the other side of the office building, in the second single-level building to your left as you enter the upper parking lot. It has one washer and dryer. The other is located on the lower level, on the backside of the community room. There are two washers and dryers, one of each is handicap accessible. The community room has a fully equipped kitchen for our tenants' convenience. The mail is picked up and delivered to the individual tenants' units, in the single-level buildings. In the bi-level buildings the mailboxes are built into the wall of the entryways.
