The Vernon Housing Authority has nine scattered site properties, all of which are Federally funded. These consist of two single and three duplex homes. All have (3) bedrooms and are bi-level. All tenants pay for heat, hot water, electricity and phone. All units are equipped with stove, refrigerator, are cable ready and have washer and dryer hook-ups. All of the VHA scattered site properties
are in Vernon and within the same school district, examples of these sites are
depicted in the pictures below:
