This complex is made up of 7 buildings. Three are single level, containing 16 efficiency units. There are four bi-level buildings, which have 16 1-bedroom units and 8 larger efficiencies. There are a total of 40 units. The apartments use electric heat, which is included in the rent. Each apartment is equipped with stove, refrigerator and an emergency pull cord. They are all cable ready. We have recently repaved the parking lot. The dumpster and recycling bins are located on the right side of the complex, at the far end of the parking lot. Our laundry facility is located in the single level building to your left as you enter the complex. It has two washers and dryers, one of each is handicap accessible. There is a community room and laundry room for our tenant’s convenience. The mail is picked up and delivered to the individual tenants' units. |
Our Windermere Court
apartment complex, which is located at 29 Windermere Avenue in Vernon, has
brick facing and vinyl siding. This project is State funded.
