These garden-style apartments are located in a beautiful park setting adjacent to Franklin Park West. This complex is made up of 10 single-level buildings, 4 apartments per building. There is a total of 40 units, 20 of which are 1-bedroom, 20 are efficiencies.
The eligibility requirements to reside at Franklin Park East are:
- applicants must be 50 years of age or older; or this complex is also open to the disabled/handicapped
- applicants must be income-eligible
- applicants must pass our "screening" process
