Franklin Park West is a federally-funded complex consisting of one-bedroom garden-style apartments located in a beautiful park setting. This complex is made up of 16 single-level buildings, 4 apartments per building, for a total of 64 units.
The eligibility requirements to reside at Franklin Park West are:
- applicants must be 62 years of age or older
- applicants must be income-eligible
- applicants must pass our "screening" process

- Emergency call-for-aid system in each unit

- Newsletter and social clubs organized by residents
- Pets that meet VHA guidelines are allowed
- For those who qualify, the Community Renewal Team (CRT) serves lunch in the community dining room on weekdays for a small donation
