Grove Court is a state-funded complex made up of 7 buildings consisting of 54 units. Three are single level, containing 24 efficiency units. There are four bi-level buildings, which have 15 1-bedroom units and 15 larger efficiencies. The apartments located in the bi-level buildings all have ground level entrances.
The eligibility requirements to reside at Grove Court are:
- applicants must be 62 years of age or older; or this complex is also open to the disabled/handicapped
- applicants must be income-eligible and able to meet base rent
- applicants must pass our "screening" process
