Scattered Sites - Located throughout Vernon-Rockville

The Vernon Housing Authority has five federally- funded, scattered site properties located throughout the Town of Vernon-Rockville. These properties consist of one single-family and four duplex-style homes. These buildings are a combination of two and three bedroom apartments.

The eligibility requirements to reside at Scattered Site properties are:

1. program open to families
2. applicants must be income-eligible
3. applicants must pass our "screening" process

Rent & Utilities

• Rent based on income
• Cold water included
• Residents pay for heat, hot water, and electricity directly to the utility companies
