Guidelines

Applicants must meet certain requirements in order to participate in the housing programs of the Vernon Housing Authority. Income Limits

To participate in a state or federal housing program, applicants must earn less than 80% of the area median income. GROSS annual income is NOT to exceed:

1 person household $45,100
2 persons household $51,550
3 persons household $58,000
4 persons household $64,400
5 persons household $69,600
6 persons household $74,750
7 persons household $79,900
8 persons household $85,050

To participate in a state housing program, applicants must be able to meet base rent as determined by the Vernon Housing Authority.
