Windermere Ave. is a complex is made up of 7 buildings. Three buildings are single level, containing 16 efficiency units and four are bi-level buildings, which have 16 1-bedroom units and 8 larger efficiencies, for a total of 40 units.
The eligibility requirements to reside at Windermere Court are:
- applicants must be 50 years of age or older; or this complex is also open to the disabled/handicapped
- applicants must be income-eligible
- applicants must pass our "screening" process
